What this site collects
Short version: an analytics cookie if you let us, and whatever you type into the enquiry form. Nothing else, and nothing is sold to anyone.
If you just read the site
We use Google Analytics to see which pages people arrive on and which ones lead to an enquiry. It tells us that someone from Germany read the round tube page and then the quality page. It does not tell us who they are.
Google Analytics sets a cookie in your browser. If you are in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, it is switched off until you press Accept — and if you press Decline it stays off for the rest of your visit and every visit after it. The site behaves exactly the same either way.
We do not run advertising, we do not do remarketing, and advertising storage is switched off for every visitor regardless of where they are.
To decide whether you are in one of those regions
Our server looks at the country your connection appears to come from. That check happens on the fly, reads nothing else about you, and is not recorded.
If you send us an enquiry
The form asks for your name, company, business email, country and your requirement, and lets you attach a drawing. That goes by email to sales.kli@cz-zy.com and is used for one thing: answering you and, if it becomes an order, fulfilling it.
We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not pass your details or your drawing to anyone outside our company — with one exception: if the part is one we source rather than extrude, we may need to share the specification with the partner factory that makes it, and we will say so when we quote.
Your drawing is your drawing. We do not use it to make the same part for someone else.
Who processes what
- Cloudflare — hosts this site and serves it worldwide.
- Google Analytics — page statistics, only with consent in the regions above.
- Resend — delivers enquiry emails from the form to our inbox.
Changing your mind
Your choice is stored in your own browser, not on our server. Clearing this site's data in your browser settings clears it, and you will be asked again on your next visit.
Asking us about your data
Email sales.kli@cz-zy.com and ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. We will answer within the same 24 hours we answer everything else.
