Beyond tube and rod we run open PMMA sections — T, L and U profiles from existing tooling, and fully custom cross-sections from your drawing. Open sections are more sensitive to uneven wall thickness than closed ones, so the drawing review matters more here than anywhere else.

Do you have standard T, L and U sections in stock?
We hold tooling for common T, L and U sizes. Send the leg dimensions and thickness you need and we will confirm whether an existing die fits before quoting new tooling.
What do you need to quote a custom profile?
A cross-section drawing — STEP, DWG, DXF or a dimensioned PDF — plus which dimensions actually matter, the length, and the annual quantity. A dimensioned sketch is enough to start.
