No minimum order on the acrylic stock range
Order one length or ten thousand. Most extrusion suppliers set a minimum that rules out sampling and small production runs; on our stock acrylic sizes there isn't one. Samples ship in 7 days, production in 7–10.
Annealed, not just extruded
Extrusion leaves stress frozen into the wall of every acrylic tube. It is invisible on arrival and it is the single most common reason acrylic fails at the customer's bench — crazing round a drilled hole, cracking after solvent bonding, hairlines appearing weeks later.
Stress relieved
Every acrylic tube is heated and slow-cooled before it ships. A process step many extruders skip, because you cannot see it in the box.
UV stabilised as standard
UV stabiliser and anti-ageing additive on every job, not a priced option you have to know to ask for.
Fuel contact tested
Our round tube has been tested holding kerosene and petrol — media that crack stressed acrylic on contact.

Custom extrusion
Send a STEP, DWG, DXF or dimensioned PDF. We review the section for manufacturability before quoting, so problems are found before the die is cut rather than at first sample.

High impact strength, wide temperature range, UV and FR options.
ABS
Rigid, easy to bond and paint, colour-matched.

Holds colour and gloss outdoors where ABS chalks.

Flexible, chemically resistant, low friction.
